Thunder Bay man wins $88,888 on scratch ticket

THUNDER BAY – A Thunder Bay man has won $88,888 playing the lottery.

According to an Ontario Lottery and Gaming release issued on Wednesday, Calvin Jewett won the top prize in an Instant Lunar 8s game.

The winning ticket was purchased at the Circle K on Beverly Street.
