THUNDER BAY — Toys R Us is closing its Thunder Bay store.
The chain retailer that provides brand-name children's toys, games, electronics and gear opened a location in Thunder Bay on May 19, 2013.
According to an employee on site, a closure notice was put up on Friday morning.
Signs in the store state that "everything must go."
The store will permanently close in two months or less, and as time passes the sales will get better, an employee said.
As of Friday, the store had all regular-price items marked down at 10 per cent off.
