City of Thunder Bay Media Release
June 29, 2015 – River Street from Rockwood Avenue to Pine Street will close to through traffic on Thursday, July 2, to facilitate storm sewer construction.
The work is expected to take one day to complete.
Local traffic access will be available to Grandview mall and Madeline Street North.
The construction schedule is subject to change, as various factors – such as weather – can have an impact on project timelines.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area if possible, and those travelling in the area are asked to obey all posted signage.
