THUNDER BAY — Video posted to social media shows the moment of impact for a collision involving a transport and a passenger vehicle last week.
The incident happened on Highway 102 just west of Mapleward Road on July 13, closing the roadway for just over an hour.
The driver of the passenger vehicle, a 79-year-old Thunder Bay woman, has been charged with careless driving, an OPP spokesperson confirmed on Monday.
At the time, any injuries were said to be not life threatening in nature, and the police spokesperson said they are believed to be minor.
