DRYDEN, Ont. — A budding friendship with a group of deer means Flambo the cat may need to spend less energy grooming herself these days.
As Terri Randell discovered on Monday, the deer are helping her feline's fur stay clean.
Flambo became comfortable with the animals visiting the front yard this summer.
But Randell was surprised when she spotted the deer licking the cat as it lounged on the grass.

"When I backed out of my driveway, I said 'What are they doing?' " Randell told Tbnewswatch, adding "I was shocked."
"My God. She has become one with the deer. So they have now adopted her," she exclaimed over the video she posted on Facebook.
Randell said anywhere from two to six deer frequently come to her yard, where there's an apple tree, but they don't usually get so close to one-year-old Flambo.
