Vince Riccio has made it a two-horse race for the Liberals in Thunder Bay-Rainy River.
Riccio on Friday officially declared he plans to seek the party nomination in the riding, taking on Fort William First Nation Chief Georjann Morriseau, who entered the fray on Tuesday.
“Our campaign is about creating sustainable job growth for the Northwest, focusing on health and health care and growing the middle class. We want to strengthen the Canadian economy, the health of all Canadians and enhance our standard of living,” he said in a release.
