THUNDER BAY – The outdoor skating rink at Prince Arthur’s Landing has closed due to unseasonably warm weather, less than a week after opening for the winter.

Temperatures reached a high of around 5 C on Friday.

The city advised the rink is expected to reopen in the coming week.

Environment Canada forecasts call for temperatures to dip overnight Saturday and remain below zero through the week.
