THUNDER BAY - The City of Thunder Bay's Winter FunDays return in the new year.
Starting on Jan. 5, and running every Sunday until March 16, the weekly program serves up free activities for all ages in various community parks for outdoor fun and the Baggage Building Arts Centre for indoor programming.
