THUNDER BAY -- Two athletes from Ultimate Gymnastics are preparing to travel south to represent their club at the Gymnastics Ontario WAG Level 3-5 provincial championships this coming week.
London’s Forest City Gymnastics Club will host the 2017 Championships to be held at the Metroland Media Agriplex from June 1 through June 4.
Jessica Otto (Level 3 - Age 9) and Zara Reboks (Level 3 – Age 10) each earned their way to London after a qualifying season that included competitions in Woodbridge, Mississauga and Ottawa.
It’s the first championship berth for both athletes, who made the cut this season in only the 2nd year Gymnastics Ontario has held the event for levels 3 through 5.
Ultimate Gymnastics offers children of all ages and skill level the opportunity to learn the sport of gymnastics as well as parkour, tumbling and much more.
