Alvina Josephine Levanen “Josie” passed away peacefully on December 15th, 2023 at the age of 88 years. She was predeceased by her husband Viljo Levanen and their youngest son Keith Levanen.
Josie was loved by her families and friends alike by making them feel special. Josie would call a few people a day just to say Hi and get caught up on what was happening in their life. Birthdays were high on her list and she made sure the birthday person got the special call. Many times a card and small gift were given when she got into the city or if the person drove out to the country to visit her.
We all loved MOM “Josie” with all our hearts. Many of us miss her phone calls already.
Interment has already taken place. Celebration of life will be in Summer 2024.
