It is with great sorrow, the family of Andrea Matyuska, age 32, announces her sudden passing at Lutsen on Sunday, April 5, 2015. She died with no suffering while doing her most favourite sport of snowboarding.

Andrea was born in Thunder Bay on September 18th, 1982. She enjoyed reading, traveling, music, snowboarding, golfing, and …chocolate.

Following her graduation from Confederation College’s accounting program, Andrea commenced her working career at local Credit Unions, most recently at Copperfin.

She is survived by her parents Frank and Lea, her sister Ashley and her grandmothers Anne Matyuska and Evelyn Moore, uncles Bill Matyuska and Pat Moore; aunts Diane McClemont (Ken) and Sandra Black (Ray) and her cousins.

Andrea was predeceased by her grandfathers; Bela Matyuska and Orval Moore.

She will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by the Matyuska and Moore families as well as by her boyfriend Rick Hrenchuk,  life-long friends Kezia Canuel and Shaun Winters, and her many other friends and co-workers.

Andrea was known for her kindness, loving personality, smiles, and her hugs!

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 11, 2015 in the Chapel of Harbourview Funeral Centre, 499 N. Cumberland St. If friends so desire, donations in Andrea’s memory may be made to the Charity of your Choice.

Andrea was taken from us all far too soon and will be sadly missed.
