With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Ashley Willis on August 25, 2023, at the age of 39.
Daughter to Gregg and Susan Willis, and sister to Sara Willis (Craig). Ashley’s joy in life were her two boys James Sims and Alexander Wikander. During a 17-year career that she loved with the City of Thunder Bay, Ashley was known for sharing her light and bringing much joy to seniors in long-term care at Grandview Lodge and Dawson Court.
Rest in peace Ashley, you can now hang up your scrappin’ jeans. We will tenderly carry the best parts of you forward with your boys. Your beauty inside and out will be the light that carries us through.
A private family service and celebration of life will take place.
