My love Beverly Mae Cowling (nee Coyne) passed away at home on February 18 ,2022.
Beverly was born on October 2, 1941 in the family home in Slate River and lived most of her life in Fort William, the city she loved.
She had a great love for her family and friends and she loved animals, birds, sunsets, rides in the country, the outdoors, camping, swimming, fishing, car races, old movies, playing cards, dancing, country and gospel music and Christmas. She also loved and showed great interest in her home. Beverly loved and had faith in the Lord, and grace was always said.
She is survived by her husband of 44 happy years, Mel; daughter Connie Boisvert; granddaughters Melissa and Alycia Boisvert; great grandchildren Ridge and Adala Knox, the people who meant the world to her and she dearly loved. She also leaves behind her pet dog Lucky; sister Jean Brewster and other relatives. She was predeceased by her father and mother Fred and Helen Coyne, grandfather Norman Durant; brother Ken Coyne and other relatives.
A funeral service will be held at Slate River Baptist Church (80 McCluskey Drive). Day and time is to be confirmed and will be announced here as well as in the Chronicle Journal. Visitation for family and friends will be held at Harbourview Funeral Centre (499 Cumberland Street North, day and time to be confirmed). Interment will take place in Sunset Memorial Gardens (3200 Oliver Road) following the funeral service.
