With great sadness the family of Brad Forsberg announces his passing at the age of 73 on May 21, 2024, at the TBRHSC with family by his side. Born on June 17, 1950 in Keewatin, Ontario, he was predeceased by his parents and brother-in-law. Brad (Chumuga) spent his boyhood years in Keewatin and moved to Thunder Bay to attend Confederation College graduating with a diploma in business. He was employed at Resolute until retirement at the age of 55. He enjoyed attending the Border Cats and the North Stars games in the city. Brad leaves to mourn his wife Cathy of 40 years, his sister Sharlene from Keewatin, brother-in-law Dan (Jean), several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins. Brad never lost his zest for life and loved to tell stories. He will be greatly missed by all those he touched. If friends so desire, in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the charity of your choice. Cremation has taken place and a private family interment in Thunder Bay will be held at a later date.
