1993 - 2025
It is with great sadness that the family of Mr. Brett Mendowegan announce his passing on Monday April 14, 2025, at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.
Brett was born on February 3, 1993 to Brian and Leslie Mendowegan. He leaves a huge hole in the hearts of his family and friends who were always entertained by his hilarious sense of humour. He was beloved by everyone who ever met him. You would always leave with a story of something funny Brett did while you were with him.
He is survived by his 4 children: 3 sons Mathas, Atreyo, Arlo; and his daughter Meira. Parents Brian and Leslie; 2 sisters, Brianna and Joanie; niece Lauren; nephews Gavin and Zaynn.
Brett was predeceased by his numerous uncles and one aunt, as well as plenty of cousins and friends.
Funeral services for Brett will be held on Tuesday April 29, 2025, at 1:00 pm in the EVEREST FUNERAL CHAPEL, 299 Waverley Street at Algoma, Thunder Bay Ontario, with Father Biju Mathew officiating. Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be from 11:00 am until service time in the chapel.
