Brian Morriseau

It is with great sadness that the family of Brian Alan Morriseau announces his sudden passing on Wednesday July 11, 2018 at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Science.

Brian was born in Thunder Bay and raised in his community of Fort William First Nation where he would plant his roots and raised is family. Brian’s children and grandchildren were his heart and soul; He enjoyed every minute he had with them. He loved his morning check in with his parents. Even when he had nothing; he always had his heart for his family.

Brian loved cooking and planning family dinners; even his latenight baking session which turned into recipe after recipe. He always had his door open to lend an ear and always food to feed you. He made friends with everyone which included sending his good morning messages to brighten your day. Brian loved to game online and could be quoted “It’s a beautiful day for an automobile race”.

He will be greatly missed by all. Brian survived by his loving parents Judy and Larry (My little hobbit), Siblings Andrew (Kim), Sandra, Kelly (Darcy), Son Michael (grandchildren), and Daughters Melanie(grandchildren), Laira, Kaitlyn and Tiasha (Daddy’s little girls), Grandchildren Kiazayah and Zennayah; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
