Sadly, the Katcher family announces the passing of a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, friend and mentor to many.
Happily married to William Katcher for 51+ years, they shared 3 beautiful children, Penny (predeceased), Jamie (Rosie), and Nadine (Fred). She enjoyed and loved her grandchildren whole heartedly, Michelle, Cherise (Dan), DJ (Jessica), Ashley (Rick), Savannah, and Nathan.
She was born and raised in Goderich, ON to James and Olive Rean. She was 1 of 6 children and stayed close with all her siblings.
Mom enjoyed her furbabies, Chico and Suzy, and always believed a home needed the love of a dog.
She will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her. She touched the hearts of many throughout her 70 years of life.
Funeral services for Mrs. Katcher will be held on Saturday, May 23, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Jenkens Funeral Home with Father Andrija Petresin officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service time. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Kidney Foundation of Canada would be appreciated.
