Donald will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by the mother of his children Pat and their children Susan (Jeff), Shelly (Mark), Lori-Ann (Gilbert), Tracey, Shawn (Tina), Doris (Len), 15 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, brother Gilbert, sisters Melvina, Norma and Janet as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Donald was predeceased by mother Doris and father Wilfred, sister Audrey, brothers Gerald and Raymond.
He enjoyed his retirement years playing cards, gardening and spending time with his family and friends. Donny lived life to its fullest and will be deeply missed by all.
As per Donald's wishes cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held on Thursday, Sept. 23, 2010 at 2 p.m. with family and friends gathering at the front gates of St. Andrew's R.C. Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated. Everest Funeral Chapel, 299 Waverley St. at Algoma in care of arrangements.
