Miss Donna Christine Perkins, age 18 years, passed away peacefully after a struggle with leukemia on Tuesday, June 15, 2010 in Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.
Donna was born on May 18, 1992 in Thunder Bay and was raised and educated locally. She was currently a student in the Special Needs Program at Westgate Collegiate and Vocational Institute. Donna was always willing to lend a hand when needed and was a very caring, nurturing and loving person and she could always rely on her family to support her. She had a special relationship with her father and was “Daddy's Girl”.
Donna is survived by her grandmother Nancy; brother Otis; sister Tiffany Longtimesquirrel; uncle Will (Elaine) and cousins Cheryl and Roxanne. Numerous other relatives also survive.
She was predeceased by her parents Kenneth Perkins (2004) and Donna Rose Longtimesquirrel (2000) and great grandparents Leonard and Lucy Bouchard.
