Edna Donio

Edna was an avid churchgoer who also enjoyed her weekly bingos, scratch tickets and puzzles. She particularly liked her family gatherings at birthdays, and her feasts of traditional meals (rabbit, fish moose meat and beaver).

She will be greatly missed by her beloved husband Isadore of 40 years. She loved her children dearly Jason, Eric(Bev), Jennifer and Francine(Rick) but most of all she loved her grandchildren Tieryn, Murray, Lennon, Emily and great grandchild Ariyah.

Surviving are her brothers Isadore, Edward(Lena) and Floyd her sisters Corrine, Lena(Daniel) and Yvonne (John) as well as numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

She was predeceased by her parents Marie and Thomas, her brothers Walter and Raymond, sisters Annie, Rosie, Rita and Helen and her grandson Brent "Lil Joe".

Visitation for friends will be held on Tuesday, February 28th from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the Sargent & Son Funeral Chapel, 21 N. Court Street with a wake on Tuesday evening at her home in Armstrong at 225 Caribou Drive.

The Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Snow’s R.C. Church in Armstrong on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at 11:00 am celebrated by Rev. Larry Kroker S.J.
