Mrs. Evelyn Lynch, age 95 years, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 4, 2021 in Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.

Evelyn was born October 1, 1925 in Elie, Manitoba. She met Pat in 1946, and they were married the following year. Evelyn and Pat were blessed with two lovely children, Leslie and Jim and granddaughter, Jennifer. Evelyn was a talented crafter, she enjoyed candle making, painting and pottery and was an avid gardener and loved her houseplants too. The family purchased a camp at Eva Lake in 1969, it was their place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Northwestern Ontario. Together, Evelyn and Pat enjoyed travelling – especially their winter getaway trips to Arizona and Panama City Beach, Florida.

Evelyn is survived by her daughter, Leslie (Clyde) Riles; son, Jim (Edel) Lynch; granddaughter Jennifer Riles; sister in-law Kathleen (John) Law and numerous nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by her loving husband, Pat and her parents, Harvey and Jane Despins and siblings, Isabelle, Lorraine, Lawrence, Horace, Lillian and Beth.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Evelyn Lynch will be held at a later date when she will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband Pat in Riverside Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to the EVEREST FUNERAL CHAPEL, 299 Waverley Street at Algoma.
