Evelyn Mabeline Setala (nee Gammond) passed away in her sleep at Bethammi Nursing Home on September 8th, 2023 at the age of 92. She was born in Fort William, raised in Kaministiquia, then moved to Current River.
She is survived by son Monty (Sherrie) Setala, daughter Cheryl Brisson, grandchildren Jodi (Tim), Alysia (Ron), Jacinta (Steve), Ashton, Nikki (Matt), Matthew (Rachel) and ten great-grandchildren. She is also remembered by nieces, nephews, cousins, special friends and other family members.
Cremation has taken place, and a private family gathering will be held at a later date.
