Jack Read

The family of Jack Read, aged 89 years, inform of his passing on June 24, 2015 at St. Joseph’s Hospice.

Jack is survived by his wife Norma, 3 children and 2 grandchildren.

Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on June 29, 2015 at St. Mark’s Church, Rosslyn.

The family thanks the doctors, nurses, staff and volunteers of TBRHSC and St. Joseph’s Hospice for their care and concern.
