It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Jorgen (John) Jensen at St. Joseph's Hospice on Friday, April 17, 2015.
John was born in Copenhagen, Denmark and came to Canada in 1950. He worked at various jobs, retiring from Canada Car in 1991 after 25 years of service.
He is survived by his wife Anne – the love of his life; 2 stepsons Walter and James Sitarik; stepdaughters Linda (Thor) Johansen, Marilyn (Allen) Vibert, and Lorraine (Al) Foster. Also many relatives in Denmark.
Cremation has taken place, and there will be no service. Simpler Times Cremation Centre in care of arrangements.
