June O. Boyle

Mrs. June O. Boyle, age 85 years, passed away peacefully at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre on November 19, 2015 after a short illness.

June was born in England and came to Canada after hearing of a need for nurses. As a nurse, June worked in Newfoundland, Quebec and Ontario and wound up in Geraldton, where she met the love of her life, Robert W. Boyle. They had 4 children: Stephen, Judith (Gary Kajutis), James (Lina) and Gerald, who all miss her terribly.

June will be lovingly remembered by her sister Edith, brother-in-law William (Marilyn), grandsons Mathew and Robbie, and many nieces and nephews. June was predeceased by her husband, parents and brother.

As per June’s request her remains were cremated and no funeral will take place. Interment of her ashes will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in June’s memory to the Kidney Foundation of Canada or the Alzheimer Society of Canada.
