It is with heavy hearts that we announce the tragic unexpected loss of Leanne Marie Logan, age 30 years on Saturday, February 14, 2015.
We are going to tell you something
We hope you'll never have to know,
We'll tell you how a heart can break
With tears in constant flow.
We lost our baby girl you see
An angel in our eyes,
God chose to take her hand one day
and led her to the skies.
So please don't ever tell us
That time will heal our pain,
Because not even time
Can bring her back again.
Just tell us she is happy
In the land up above,
Wrapped in angel wings
Surrounded with our love
Left behind to mourn is her fiance Patrick Shewchuk; her mother and best friend Shelly Lanktree and step-father Darryl Lanktree; father Wayne Logan and step-mother Vicky Brown; brother Darrell Logan (Heather); sisters Laura Logan (Graham Robson) and Layna Lanktree (Mason Ledger); step-sister Rachel Baxter (Patrick); the Shewchuk family; grandparents George and Joyce Selagi, Lealand Lanktree, Marianne Lanktree and John Dampiere, BFF Xtina Ellison along with CBAS and Jas, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
Predeceased by her grandparents Margaret Whalen and Robert and Gladys Logan.
A Celebration of Leanne's Life will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at 11:00am in Calvary Lutheran Church (2820 Donald Street East). Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday evening from 6:00pm until 8:00pm in Calvary Lutheran Church.
