Linda Gail Halstead

It is with great sadness I would like to announce the passing of Linda Gail Halstead at the age of 70 years old. Linda passed away peacefully at Thunder Bay Regional Hospital with her son by her side. 

Linda is survived by her two sons Chris and Mark Halstead. Her Aunt Anne Hodgson from Perth Australia, her cousins Laurie Niskanen and Maureen Paracy-Jesseau, and three granddaughters.

She was predeceased by her mother Anne Paracy (Witiuk) (Winnipeg, MB), and father William Paracy (Buchanan, SK). 

Linda was an amazing person who always put others before herself. Her relationship with her sons and close friends is all that mattered to her. She spent her time enjoying the company of her cat Sadie.

A special thank you to Heather Paradis who made my moms life a little easier over the last few years.

I would like to invite anyone who would like to celebrate the life of Linda Halstead to attend a get together at The Sargent & Son Reception Centre, 21 N. Court Street on Tuesday, March 13th, 2018 from 12:00 to 2pm. Internment will follow at a later date. Donations would be greatly accepted to the Thunder Bay District Humane Society.
