Linda Hewitt, age 74 years, resident of Geraldton, ON, passed away suddenly with her daughter by her side at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre on July 1st, 2024.
Linda was born on October 3rd, 1949 in Geraldton.
Linda will be sadly missed by her daughter (Tracey Hewitt) and Grandson (Lawson Yatkowsky), sister (Nancy Albrecht) and brother (Bob Brydie). She was predeceased by her father William Brydie and mother Helen Brydie.
Linda was a PSW for many years and within her years of working she showed great compassion and her caring nature was seen, she spent many hours with her clients going up and beyond her duties, throughout her profession her client's became her second family.
Linda passion was curling and watching the Worlds Juniors hockey, there were many conversations with her grandson's friends she gave her opinion on how the games went. Linda also enjoyed gardening.
Linda also loved her golden grandpups and spent all her spare time with them, Bentley will definitely miss his "one on one" time with her.
Interment will be held on August 6th, 2024 @ 11:00am at Geraldton Pingrove Cemetery for close friends and family.
There will be a drop in at her daughter's house following interment.
