It is with heavy hearts that the family of Lucien “Lou” Charles Berube, age 88 years, announce his passing on Saturday, December 9, 2023.
Lou is survived by his wife Angeline “Angie” Tougas, step-sons Renald Tougas, Denis Tougas, daughters Aline (David) Presenger, Pauline Kuper (Tim Speak), sister Lillian Roberge, eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Lou left his family home in New Brunswick at the age of 16. He worked in the North Shore and Thunder Bay area becoming an instrumentation specialist in the pulp and paper industry.
During his retirement Lou and Angie became avid golfers rarely missing a day.
