It is with sadness we announce the passing of Pierre A Belanger, on Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at TBRHSC with family at his side.
Pierre was born in Ottawa in 1954.
Pierre worked for the Ontario and Federal Government, his whole career at Ombudsman,the Office of the Worker Advisor, Department of Transport and the CRA.
He was predeceased by his parents Jean and Edward Belanger, brother Robert and sister Ann.
A very special thanks to Dr. Chan and Dr. Sellick for their extreme compassion and caring.
Thank you to all the staff at the Cancer Clinic and all the nurses that came in contact with Pierre during his long battle with cancer.
A private memorial to be held at a later date.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Simpler Times Cremation Centre, 575 Central Avenue, Thunder Bay.
