It is with heavy hearts we announce that our mother, Ramona Marie James (White) 77 years old of Thunder Bay, passed away unexpectedly on September 13, 2022.
Ramona was born to Peter Stock White (1901-1956) and Verna May McLeod (1902-1952) on June 17, 1945 in Kenora, Ontario and lived here until moving to Thunder Bay with her husband Samuel James and their young children Trudy, Tina and Tim.
Ramona is survived by her husband of 59 years, three children, nieces, nephews and numerous grandchildren.
Ramona was predeceased by her three older brothers Peter James White (1935-1998), Robert (Bob) Charles McLeod (1938-2013) and Russell Stock White (1942-2020).
The immediate family will receive friends and family for a Celebration of Life as per Ramona’s request on June 15, 2024 from 12 - 3pm at the Rideout Community Club, at 300 Mikado Avenue, Kenora.
