Rosamond Madonna Ann Bannon, 75 years. Born April 20th, 1949 has passed away on June 13th, 2024. Surrounded by loved ones after a lengthy illness.

Reunited with Mother (Rosaline), Father (Raymond), Sons (Albert), (Kylie) and siblings Raymond, Ronald and Roxanne.

Will be greatly missed by siblings Rene, Gene and Connie, dear friends and sisters-in-law Lorraine and Linda, son Wyatt, grandkids Sylvia, Michael, James, Robert, Dylan, Thatch, Jordyn, numerous nieces and nephews and 7 great-grandchildren.

Donna was a bright light in our lives, she loved to laugh and make others laugh with silly jokes and stories. She was a great storyteller, friend, mother and grandmother who cared very deeply for those she loved. Donna spent time at numerous jobs, the one most close to her heart being Mino, where she worked as a child support worker at a youth center for traumatized children. 

Donna enjoyed playing bingo, true-crime novels and tv, crossword puzzles and spending time with her dog, Spirit. 

She touched the hearts of everyone she knew, including the staff of St. Joes and Dilico who cared for her exceptionally in the months leading up to her passing. A service for Donnas passing will be held at St. Anne’s church on Fort William First Nation. Saturday, June 22nd, at 10am. Prayers being on June 21st at 7 pm.
