It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Roy Roberts, age 68 years, who passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Thursday February 25, 2016.
Roy worked for the City Transit for over 30 years, from 1975 until his retirement in 2007.
He is survived by his wife Sharon; sons Steve, Roy Junior, and Trevor; stepsons Mel and Kevin; grandkids, nephews, cousins, and great-granddaughters.
Roy was predeceased by his father Joseph, and mother Helen; sister Josephine; and Richard.
Cremation has taken place, and a Celebration of Roy's Life, will be held at the West Thunder Community Centre, 915 South Edward Street, on Thursday, March 3, 2016, from 3:00 to 5:00 pm.
