Trina Rae Walker passed away unexpectedly, at the age of 81, Thursday November 7th, 2024, surrounded by many of her loved ones.
Trina lived a full, happy life and was such a kind hearted and beautiful soul. She dedicated 35 years of her life to working sales at Sears, where she made many life long friends. She enjoyed aquatics with the girls and was an avid curler. She volunteered for numerous events including the Hope Classic for the duration of its 25+ years. She was truly a social butterfly who loved spending time with family and friends. She enjoyed life to the fullest and loved travelling, dancing and lunch/coffee dates with friends.
She will be sadly missed by her son Mike (Lois) Kibsey, daughter Lana (Rob) Gilbert, and son Duffy (Teresa) Kibsey, grandchildren Kayla, Sierra, Montana and her new great-grandchild Monte, her sister Heather (Richard) Sponchia, her partner Les Kruger and numerous nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her husband Thomas Walker, son Gary, parents Tom and Hazel Pettit, in-laws Vince and Pearl Walker, brother Neil and sister Ora.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday November 23rd at the Valhalla 1pm to 330pm. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
