Valerie Carol Adduono, 87, passed away peacefully on June 3rd, 2024 at Hogarth Riverview Manor. Valerie was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba but moved to Thunder Bay in 1957. Her greatest joys were her grandchildren and great grandchildren; she loved cooking, her precious cats, trips to the bingo hall and casino. She will be sadly missed by her children Leslie Nichols (Dave), Randy Bernst (Carol), Kelly Bernst (Brad). Step children Wendy Adduono, Rob Adduono (Diana), Dixie Adduono. Sisters Arlene (Lloyd), Dawn (John). Grandchildren Kelly-Ann (Richard), Kyle, Erin, Carley(Adrian), Cory, Julia, Jesse, Gary, and many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Valerie is predeceased by her husband Richard in 1995, her brother Chris and her mom and dad.
Valerie's wishes were for no funeral services and cremation has taken place.
