Willow Elisabeth Scott-Hannam, age 4 years, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, June 1, 2010 at Winnipeg Health Sciences Centre.
Willow was born on November 20, 2005 in Thunder Bay. She was an energetic JK student at Hyde Park Public School. She was a smart, always happy little ray of sunshine. Willow loved to tag along with her Papa Bill, whether it be volunteering with Habitat for Humanity or just hanging out. She was always excited to bake with Grandma Judy and never missed the opportunity to wear her special baker's hat and apron.
Willow will be sadly missed by her parents Serena Scott and Matthew Hannam; grandparents William and Judith Greencorn and Fran and Brian Hannam; great grandmother Faye Runciman as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by her great grandfather Fred Runciman in February 2010.
Funeral Services for Willow will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Monday, June 7, 2010 in the WESTFORT CHAPEL, 420 West Gore Street at James with Rev. Merv Wilson officiating. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Sunday afternoon from 2:00 until 4:00 P.M. in the chapel. If friends so desire memorial donations made to Habitat for Humanity would be greatly appreciated.
