On Saturday, June 2, 2018 the world lost a great man. Wilmer George Woroniuk passed away suddenly and peacefully surrounded by his family at the TBRHSC.
Wilmer is survived by his loving wife and best friend, Carol, his faithful companion Liza, daughters Kim (Joel) Facca, Lisa, Jennifer (Spencer) Bourgeois, grandchildren Cory (Katie), Alessandra (Eli), Janna (Alex), Stefan (Dillon), Brody and Tristin, Dylan, Zoey and great grandchildren Ava, Cameron and Chloe and mother in law Mary Dobrzynski. Wilmer was predeceased by his parents Julia and George Woroniuk and his father in law Edward Dobrzynski.
Expressions of sympathy may be offered in Wilmer's name to the G. Magnotta Foundation at the University of Guelph in support of Lyme Disease research (www.gmagnottafoundation.com) A celebration of Wilmer's life will be held in the Sargent Family Reception Centre on Wednesday, June 6th from 11 am - 1 pm.
A soft-spoken, kind and loving man of few words; a wise, respected and dedicated family man of many thoughts.
