It’s a packed Friday in Thunder Bay, beginning with thought-provoking daytime exhibits. Dive into the stories of local history with Can Car and The Rosies and Treaty 3: Manidoo Mazina’igan, The Sacred Document, both opening at 1:00 p.m. These exhibits continue to shed light on pivotal moments and voices in regional heritage.
As evening arrives, the city comes alive with music and community events. Enjoy smooth tunes at Jazz and Old Fashioned Fridays with Mood Indigo or Jazz Night with Mood Indigo at Anchor & Ore, both starting at 6:00 p.m. Support a good cause at the Trivia Night Fundraiser for St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, also beginning at 6:00 p.m. Meanwhile, Hope Church hosts the Lifewater Canada Wave of Hope Concert Fundraiser at 6:30 p.m. Theatre lovers can catch Women of the Fur Trade at 7:30 p.m., continuing its celebrated run.

Coyote Switchblade and Psycho Therapy hit the stage at Wayland Bar & Grill at 9:30 p.m., and Music Bingo also kicks off at that time for a fun twist on game night. Finally, Blood Red Moon takes over The Foundry at 10:00 p.m., wrapping up a vibrant Friday across the city.
