The abrupt end of the Thunder Bay Women’s Hockey Association season and the cancellation of the Ontario Women’s Hockey Provincial Championships have brought sad faces and unanswered questions to the Halfway Motors Midget Fury girls team.
A lot of good times, great hockey and unforgettable memories will have to sustain the team for the season.
The coaching staff want to congratulate all the players on their outstanding accomplishments.
Ranked first in the province, this Midget Fury team was eager to take the gold medals and bring them home to Thunder Bay.
Unfortunately, due to sport cancellations because of COVID-19, this reality will only be a dream. Hard work and dedication proves that you can be the best!
