For the past 28 years, Kresack has helped make the Northwood Hockey League a fun place to play for young hockey stars of Thunder Bay.
He has spent countless hours helping coach and manage a number of teams throughout his time as a Northwood Hockey League volunteer.
In 1995, Kresack took on the role as the league’s president and in the same year became a representative in for Lakehead Minor Hockey League.
Kresack has spent countless hours calculating impute from coaches to make teams as evenly competitive as possible, sending out weekly emails to the Northwood group with a play-by-play of each game, making awards for kids who scored their first goals and much more.
Kresack has gone above and beyond for the Northwood Hockey League and the Lakehead Minor Hockey League over the years and he won’t be stopping anytime soon.
