Joey’s Seafood’s Crispy Cajun Haddock Sandwich for this year’s Novemburger didn’t disappoint.
The haddock was lightly battered to a perfect crisp, with just the right sprinkle of Joey’s signature Cajun spice to deliver a mild kick.
The sandwich was topped with a tangy Cajun mayo and a refreshing lime-cilantro coleslaw, balanced nicely by the addition of fresh arugula and tomatoes.
Overall, this was a flavourful-executed Novemberger entry. I’d recommend it to anyone craving a seafood-inspired twist on a burger!
