The self-titled Cajun Fuzion Burger from Cajun Fuzion is just what you'd hope for from the Louisiana-style seafood joint.
The "Louisiana blackened" beef patty is great but the pair of juicy creole shrimp perched on top of it really steal the show.
The surf-and-turf combo is covered in a creamy Cajun sauce, topped with Havarti, mixed greens, tomato, pickles and pickled onions sitting on an Agostino’s bun.
It's a little drippy, but not too much and the side of honey creole potato wedges are great for mopping up the sauce.
This take-out only Novemburger also stood up well to the drive home (even the greens.)
The burger comes to $18.50 before tax and tip. $2 from each Novemburger sold this month goes to the local United Way.
Cajun Fuzion is located at 116 Syndicate Ave. S., tucked away just past the entrance to the Victoriaville Parkade.
