The Spicy Tandoori Vindaloo Grilled Chicken Burger from Masala Grille isn't really a burger, but it's delicious and it's spicy!
It won't burn your face off, but for many this will be too spicy. For those who like it hot, this sandwich is well worth a try.
In all honesty, it's more of a chicken curry Sloppy Joe than a burger.
Moist pieces of vindaloo-marinated chicken breast, are slathered with chili mayo and topped with sauteed onion, peppers and chilies, and a slice of tomato for freshness. It's saucy to the point of being a little drippy but the toasted bun is up to the challenge.
It's served with a side of giant and perfectly crisp masala potato wedges and a chili mayo dipping sauce, both delicious, but no relief from the heat here.
This sandwich costs $16.95 before tax and tip. For each Novemburger sold this month, $2 goes to the local United Way.
