You definitely won’t want to miss out on Portsides’ BBQ Bison Burger this Novemburger season.
The 6oz flame broiled bison burger was coated in whiskey BBQ sauce, topped with caramelized onions, sautéed peppers, mushroom, sliced dill pickles and pepper jack cheese. It was served with lettuce and peameal bacon on a brioche burger bun.
This star of the show in this burger was 100 per cent the actual bison patty. Its flavour was slightly sweeter than your traditional burger, and you could tell it was cooked to perfection.
All the toppings worked well with the patty's flavour and complemented the overall taste.
The BBQ Bison Burger costs $18.75 before tax and tip, and comes along with fries and coleslaw.
$2 from every Novemburger sold this month goes to the local United Way.
