The Patty Wagon brought The Pepper Jack Smash to the table this Novemburger. With its uniquely perfect flavour, this is the best burger I have ever eaten.
With two 3.5 oz beef patties, smashed and seared, melted habanero Monterey Jack cheese, smoked applewood bacon and crispy fried onions. The final touch is a raspberry chipotle drizzle.
The beef itself was cooked perfectly leaving it juicy, and would have been great even as a classic burger. But I think it was the raspberry chipotle drizzle that really hooked me in.
It blended sweet with smoky and just a pinch of heat that created this unmatched flavour on the burger.
The flavours were bold, but the combination of them made the burger completely irresistible.
This Novemburger can be made gluten free, lettuce bun, no cheese, no pork.
The burger comes with a side of fries, ringing in at $17.00 plus tax and tip.
$2 from every Novemburger sold this month goes to the local United Way.
The Paddy Wagon is located inside the Port Arthur Curling Centre, at 214 Eagan St.
